Welcome! You’re here, and that matters.
I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through their struggles, and I’m committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where each person can feel truly seen and heard. I believe that healing begins with connection - to ourselves, to others, and to the deeper parts within each of us that often go unnoticed.
In my work, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (adhd/add), trauma, relationship struggles, grief & loss and life transitions (among others), along with the persistent, nagging feeling that something just doesn’t feel quite right. Whether you're going through a specific challenge or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, you're not alone and you don't have to figure it all out by yourself. I am genuinely here and happy to help you.
My approach is collaborative and rooted in evidence-based practices. I draw from modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices, all while holding deep respect for your own unique story, values, and goals. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about supporting you in reconnecting with yourself in meaningful ways, which promotes greater self-awareness, insight, and personal and relational growth.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Thought & Practice and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, both from Kairos University (formerly known as Sioux Falls Seminary). I consider it an honor to walk alongside my clients in their path towards healing. Whatever you're carrying, we can work through it together - at your pace, with care every step of the way.
