A Message to Our Clients Related to COVID-19
At the time when COVID-19 is having an impact across our world, our nation, and our local communities, Stronghold Counseling Services recognizes the need for ongoing mental health care for our clients and their families. Our office remains open. The outbreak of COVID-19 can be stressful for many, and it may feel overwhelming and cause strong emotions at times.
At Stronghold, we value continuing to serve you and address your mental health needs. At the same time, we value your health and safety and want to share details about the protective measures we have in place in light of COVID-19:
- We have increased daily cleaning and sanitizing procedures to include attention to high-touch and high-traffic areas multiple times throughout the day.
- We have removed all toys and reading materials from our waiting areas.
- We are encouraging CDC best practices for handwashing among our staff, and we ask the same of our clients.
- We are encouraging any staff and clients to stay home when ill or not feeling well to prevent the spread of germs to others.
If you are a current client of Stronghold and are considered to be at high risk or have concerns related to coming to session as a result of COVID-19, we ask that you contact our office at (605) 334-7713 and ask to speak to your therapist or leave a message for him or her directly. Your therapist will contact you to discuss your care, to include whether there may be options available to you through telemental health during this time.
If you are in need of services, please contact us at (605) 334-7713 to talk with our Office staff about options that are available to you.
